Dear Ms. Vitale: 
I have received the petition of Mr. George Anzuoni appealing the nonresponse of the
Winthrop Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, §
10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anzuoni requested a copy of the notice of
intent and other records relating to a certain property. 
Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on July 26,
2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain
unresolved, Mr. Anzuoni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within
90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
