Dear Mr. Murphy:
Pursuant to its letter of June 30, 2014, the Department of Labor Relations has dismissed the above-referenced charge of prohibited practice because it was not specific concerning the alledged facts, including names and dates and the Union failed to file the additional information required, or file an amended charge.
A copy of the DLR’s June 30, 2014 letter is attached.
