On November 14, 2018, | received notice from Ryan Strategies Group, LLC that | had passed the examination. On November 30, 2018, | filed a timely Request for Review pursuant to M.G.L. c. 31, s.22 with HRD via email at civilservice@state.ma.us. On April 1, 2019, Police Chief Terence M. Delehanty issued a department wide email which states “At the request of HRD | am posting electronically the Sergeant’s Promotional List that is attached to this email.” To date, | have not received a response from HRD regarding my Request for Review which was evidently never completed.
