Dear Mr. Cressman:

Please be advised that on June 29, 2018, the Supreme Judicial Court denied the Town’s
Application for Further Appellate Review in connection with the above referenced matter.

This now concludes the extensive litigation relative to Romeo’s dismissal pursuant to the
terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The denial essentially reinstates
the arbitrator’s decision reinstating Romeo with back pay. I will contact you to further discuss
this matter.
