The magistrate judge to whom this matter was referred has filed a Report and
Recommendation (dkt. no. 39) recommending that the case be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
No objections have been received, and the time period for doing so has passed. After review of the
relevant submissions and orders, I concur with the magistrate judge’s proposed ruling, and
therefore ADOPT the Report and Recommendation. The case is DISMISSED for want of
prosecution. 
It is SO ORDERED.
