NEW BUSINESS

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented. The Board
reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real
estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any
boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect
on the process.

The following abatement applications were reviewed by the BOA, 44-46 Hawthorne Ave., 15 Thornton St. #2; 1-7
Woodside Ave., 0 Pauline Street, 15 Ocean Ave. #202, 7 Frances Street, 69 Harborview Ave. and 61-63 Shirley
Street. Also any applications already reviewed by the BOA and being considered for subsequent review.
