NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 131, Section 40,
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Winthrop Town By-Laws, a Public Hearing will be held
in the Joseph Harvey Hearing Room, Winthrop Town Hall on the following: 
7:00 P.M.: 
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING- Gene Catizone-Notice of Intent to construct
single family dwelling- PROJECT LOCATION -30 Billows Ave., Winthrop, MA 
NOI-Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid 
Temporary impacts are associated with the removal and relocation of the 23kV cable,
which will be conducted entirely within existing paved
roadways and their margins and medians. Cable replacement activities will occur along
Winthrop Parkway, Winthrop Avenue, Revere Street, Bayou Street, and Argyle Street in
Winthrop, MA.
