• Safe access over road to parking for residents 
• Safety of residents 
• Speed of vehicles (how it will be monitored and enforced) 
• Decrease in real estate values (particularly those units that will abut the road) 
• Costs to maintain 
• Snow removal 
• Is the parking area going to stand up to the increased traffic or does it need to be rebuilt as a
legitimate road and who bears the cost of that 
• How is access going to be provided and who is going to open and close the access?
