Midst of trying to open her own shop but she is still cooking down the Elks now. Motion to approve by Ron, 2nd by the chair - Motion passes NEW BUSINESS Outdoor heating lamps under the tents. check with WFD. Does Rogers have input from public safety: WFD would have much more expertise on this matter. Other towns are having serious discussions regarding this same matter . Ron: chair notify the WFD and do a survey. GoGo has heaters but no tents. Do inspections and do citings if it's okay. We should defer to the WFD. Governor's office to extend license . the local license board has to give an extension. Motion by Marc to liquor license amended to be extended and remain consistent with governors order. allow up to 60 days. November 1st - all good this will allow a case by case basis to extend. (snow removal). Send a letter out to Liquor license holders for our current Nick Bracy on Lotus Market 09/17/2020. Cover Letter, insurance and application (Rizzo Insurance) Fall Grand Opening for artists and vendors. Having their goods at Lotus marke t for fall lines. No grand opening due to covid and construction. Just beer and wine (family event from 6-9pm) Nick is TIP certified One day license does not need to be advertised but Terry must review it. Inside Lotus market, Not out front. in the shared outdoor space within Incubate. Alcohol will be free. Meeting Wednesday Not on the agenda per Ron V. - might be an issue with the public. Hold a special meeting per Marc per the modified agenda law. 48 hours notice Special Meeting will be held on Wednesday to ensure proper channels are met Marc made the motion - Mark S 2nd the motion. Motion passes Steve Rogers did a check in with all the yacht clubs. (all 4 clubs were compliant and had no issues) Marc makes a motion for meeting minutes, Ron Vechia 2nds the motion to appointment Mark Sciaraffa as new minutes secretary PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES June 18, 2020 – minutes accepted and approved unanimously by board.
