Present Chris Boyce Present Steve Koutalakis Present Bob Carroll Present Julia Wallerce Present Meeting opens and first order of business is for the Board to elect a Chair Motion by Gina DiMento to elect Bob Carroll as chair to the Planning Board 2"4 by Julia Wallerce Roll Call Vote David Proctor, Absent Honor Merceret Yes Gina DiMento, Esq. Yes Chris Boyce Yes Steve Koutalakis Yes Bob Carroll -- Julia Wallerce Yes Motion Passed Discussion on next meeting and that with COVID hoping to start calming down, business will get back to normal Would like to include at next meeting citations for Vincent Zappulla and Dave Stasio for their work on the Planning Board and wish them good luck in the future.
