The Council anticipates going into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss physical
condition rather than professional competence, of an individual. No action will be taken during executive
session—only discussion to decide if a vote needs to be taken at the open session or if information is needed
for a vote. Town Council will return to Open Session for Adjournment only.
