PUBLIC COMMENT Kathleen Cappuccio (P2) States she is ashamed of the town that this building has not been developed as of now. It began with a vote in 2013, Wendy Millar discusses how other communities are charging licensees and renewals to helping their economy. Working with Amazon...we should have no say over 3rd party vendors.... understands it is a safety issue, this could be a slippery sloop. Make sure you vote in primary! Peter Gill thank you for the committee for listneing to the public for helping with the zoning issues on Winthrop Middle School Karin Chavis...hopes K&P did not charge us if they are missing information on our titled property at Pauline St. The rink is a very important part of Winthrop and it does not matter... if a new developer comes in and wants to buy the rink...we have no alternative...it is self-sufficient... town does not fund at all. Town would sale if it is involved with a developer that is interested in it. Glad changed dates so she would not miss meeting. Councilor Ferrino....we did lose a member from the Historic Commission. George Sennott...he will be greatly missed in the community... State Rep. Debate 2-17-21 e Covid Vaccinations, please call in for help 617 539 5837, 15.
