2. Review parking regulations on Shirley St from Cutler St the vicinity of the
Winthrop Yacht Club and on Veterans Rd from Cutler St to Washington Ave 
3. General committee discussion of parking, traffic. transportation, and committee
issues for possible inclusion on future agendas or other action as the committee
sees fit
