Motion by Mrs. Macken to accept the Minutes of the previous meeting as circulated by the Deputy Assessor.

PUBLIC COMMENT

NEW BUSINESS
The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented.

The Board voted on the release of the overlay for foreseen and unforeseen necessary assessing department
expenditures in the amount of $90,000.
