Commissioners in attendance: Stephen Machcinski, Karen Winn, Ana Leary, Brian Corbett

Meeting called to order at 7:21. 
40 Triton Avenue, Notice of Intent (continued) 
The Commission requested more information on the depth of ground water. The pool heater was not
included on the original plan. The heater needs to be mapped and shared with the Commission. Home
owner needs to provide proof of abutter notification. 
The hearing was continued to the next meeting. 
49 Main Street 
Another site walk was needed to learn more about the property. 
896 Shirley Street 
NOI continued. Not filed with DEP. Need abutters info. 
32 Woodside Park 
Site walk scheduled, prior to issuing a Certificate of Compliance. 
Court Road 
Work done on property without WCC permit. Commission will determine exact address and issue and
cease and desist to owner.
