Meeting called to order at 7:05. 
251 Court Road, Notice of Intent (continued) 
No project updates. 
A motion was made by Stephen Machcinski to continue the hearing until the next meeting. The motion
was seconded by Brian Corbett. All Commissioners voted in favor. 
160 Winthrop Shore Drive, Notice of Intent (continued) 
No project updates. 
A motion was made by Stephen Machcinski to continue the hearing until the next meeting. The motion
was seconded by Tracy Machcinski. All Commissioners voted in favor. 
Yirrell Beach Management Plan, Notice of Intent (continued) 
No project updates. 
A motion was made by Stephen Machcinski to continue the hearing until the next meeting. The motion
was seconded by Brian Corbett. All Commissioners voted in favor. 
3 Elmwood Court, Notice of Intent (continued) 
Abutters notification was dropped off to Town Hall. At this time no MA DEP File Number has been
issued. 
Work to be done should be done in-kind. The project is not located near any land containing shellfish.
The onsite floats must be removed from the site. 
A site walk will be set up.

No DEP file number has been issued for this project at the time of the meeting. A motion to continue the
hearing was made by Ana Leary. The motion was seconded by Tracy Machcinski. All Commissioners
voted unanimously. 
1091 Shirley Street, Notice of Intent (continued) 
A motion to close the hearing was made by Brian Corbett. The motion was seconded by Tracy
Machcinski. All Commissioners voted unanimously. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Brian Corbett at 8:23 pm. Seconded by Tracy Machcinski. All
