Meeting Minutes 
Via Zoom 
Commissioners in attendance: Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Karen Winn, Brian Corbett 
Town Staff members in attendance: Rachel Kelly 
Meeting called to order at 7:05. 
160 Winthrop Shore Drive, Notice of Intent (continued) 
John Dick attended the hearing to discuss the application and review the newly submitted drawings for
the construction of a new single-family house. The new drawings show the storm water runoff, and
where the runoff will be directed. The Commission requested an additional drainage narrative. The
Commission was concerned about where roof run off and drainage from the new driveway would be
directed. A site walk will be needed. 
Public Comment: Dave Gordon, direct abutter. Concerned with run-off draining into his yard. 
A motion to continue the hearing to the next meeting was made by Stephen Machcinski. The motion was
seconded by Tracy Machcinski. All Commissioners voted unanimously. 
Yirrell Beach Management Plan, Notice of Intent (continued) 
No MESA comments have been supplied at the time of the meeting. 
The Commission requested a list of abutters to Lewis Lake. An informational flyer will be mailed to
inform abutters about the WPA and doing work near Lewis Lake. 
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tracy Machcinski. The motion was seconded by Brian
Corbett. The meeting adjourned at 8:38.
