Meeting called to order by Ron at 6:02 PM
ROLL CALL
Ron, Kurt, Mark, John, Sam, plus Steve (WPD) all present
MEETING MINUTES - Minutes from March 14" meeting approved
OLD Business — Drop Zone Brewery (Pub Retail) — Review and sign LLA

Discussion: License has been approved by the state. Request from owner that BOL have a
special session Common Vic license.

Action: Approved by the BOL unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Review and Sign Taxi Driver Applications — Send to WPD for Review

Discussion: WPD Detective Steve Rogers here to counsel the BOL, has reviewed all applicants’
CORI reports.

Action: All of the above approved unanimously, with the exception of Chaouche who is
temporarily denied / on hold pending resolution of the payment default.

DISCUSSION:

Governor Baker’s order continuing outside seating until 04-01-2023

Discussion: DropZone Brewery, Blackstrap BBQ and Viking Pub are all requesting approval in the
coming month, Betsy Shane, Chamber of Commerce President, present at the meeting, has offered to
speak to those business and advise them to submit those plans to Denise for approval.

Coordination needs to happen with the DPW re: Central Business District paving on that street
behind/between Viking and Hong Kong Garden to ensure the paving happens before those establishments
set up their outdoor seating areas.
