Minutes of Meeting held
Wednesday, November 22nd 2022
at 7:00 pm
In The Clock Tower Gallery at the E.8. Newton School

Present: Joanne Hillman, Nellie Kurz, Guy Hillman, Karen Blake, Mary Crisafi, Goldie Boncore,
Linda Rainville
Absent: Larry Huntoon, Alyssa True

Discussions:

This meeting is held instead of a December meeting. The Council won't meet In December.

It has been difficult to find a space for the "Diana of Love" performance, to be held February
19th. Council members are going to try to reach out to the Senior Center, Bespoke Events and
the Deane Winthrop House to try and find a performance space.

Reviewed grants again.

Motion to fund grants as discussed. 25 of the approved grants will have $50.00 removed in
their grant funding, so we can fund everything .

Motion to approve minutes from previous meeting as distributed. Motion approved.
