Meeting Minutes 
Via Zoom 
Commissioners in attendance: Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Karen Winn, Brian Corbett 
Town Staff members in attendance: Rachel Kelly 
Meeting called to order at 7:04. 
The Commission reviewed the fining recommendations from Winthrop Legal Counsel, KP Law. The
Commission requested that Legal Counsel put the recommendations into writing. 
165 Court Road, Notice of Intent (continued) 
A draft of the Order of Conditions will be put together by the Agent and submitted to the
Commissioners for review. 
A site walk will be conducted at 165 Court Road. 
The Commission requested that information for 138 Tafts Ave, 3 Lorean, 231 Court Road, and 21 Court
Road be resent. 
760 Shirley Street 
Fence installed on Yirrell Beach with NO permit. The Commission acknowledged the information and
letters sent from the property owner’s legal counsel. The Commission will respond with a formal letter. 
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 9:23 by Brian Corbett. The motion was seconded by
Tracy Machcinski. All Commissioners voted in favor.
