TOWN OF WINTHROP BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSION MEETING

OLD BUSINESS

Continued Public Hearing - Common Victualler License & BYOB
Millie’s Food Service (dba Farante’s)

Silvia will need to add the dba, as it was not added at the time of original application because she did not know
what she would name it. She will contact Denise to see if application needs to be revised (most likely it will).

Daniel Cronin, listed on the application, is her son.

Will be doing the transfer of the liquor license with Rosanne next. For now, just wants the Common Vic for the
food license. Restaurant will have a seafood focus — an opportunity since Winthrop only has one seafood
restaurant. Will be open 5 days per week (Closed Mon & Tues), with outside only at first while indoor

renovations are completed.

Kurt moved to approve. Mark second. Unanimous approval.

NEW BUSINESS

Review & Sign Taxi Driver Licenses

Lt. Rogers has reviewed both and recommends for approval.

Mark motioned to approve, Kurt second. Approved unanimously.
