PLANNING BOARD TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION 
Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy relating to pending litigation
known as Calla et al v. Winthrop Planning Board, Massachusetts Land Court, Case No. 22 Misc.
00253, if the Chair declares that discussing the matter in an open meeting may have a detrimental
effect on the litigating position of the Board. A vote regarding whether to go into executive session is
expected; and votes may occur during the executive session. 
MOTION TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION 
Chair will entertain a motion to go into executive session under G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss
strategy with respect to litigation known as Calla et al v. Winthrop Planning Board, Massachusetts
Land Court, Case No. 22 Misc. 00253, because I declare that discussing the matter in open session
may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Board and with the Board to not return to
open session.

the matter in open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Board and
