PUBLIC COMMENT
Diana Veins discusses the tree on 190 Somerset and points out that an arborist and the former Tree Warden agree not to
cut tree down and this discussion has gone on long enough.
Chair of the Board of Health, Bill Schmidt is interested on what proposals might change with the Trash Regulations and
does not want them to interfere with current Board of Health regulations.

services
Councilor Belcher comments that due to our ridership being smaller, this is the basis of cutting off the bus service in the
point area.
All the Tree Correspondence information is asked for the Town Manager to provide prior to next meeting.
Lucy Diluiso discuses that yes, this has gone on long enough and why do people that do not live on Somerset so
included in any decisions. This is a liability issue now and does not want the town to have to be responsible.
