Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Sections18-25,
that a Special Meeting of the Winthrop Housing Authority will be held:

Location: Winthrop Housing Authority, Conference Room
9 Golden Drive, Winthrop, MA

Date & Time: 3:00 PM, Wednesday July 20, 2022

Meeting shall be in person, located in Conference Room, 3 Floor 9 Golden Drive
Community Building. Entrance may be made on top floor, via Overlook Drive.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board anticipates going into Executive Session pursuant to MGL
30A § 21 (a) (3) to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation. Discussion in an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the chair
may so declare, Board will return to Open Session after Executive Session to Adjourn

Return to Public Session for the purpose of Adjournment
