6:15- meeting starts 
6:16 - first topic is introduced: town clerk fee increase 
-councilor Belcher spoke to Town Clerk and saw that cost is $23 dollars and that is
without distribution. Motion for a positive recommendation made by councilor Belcher.
2nd by Fucillo. 
In favor- Belcher, Fucillo 
Opposed- none 
Absent- Honan 
6:18- motion passes 
6:19- Councilor Belcher makes a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Fucillo 
6:20- meeting adjourned.
