December 6 th FC meeting 5:30 
In attendance- Councilors Fucillo, Belcher, Honan. President Letterie, and TownManager Marino 
5:30- Councilor Fucillo opens meeting. introduces water main master plan and CIP motion 
- TM Marino gives more context on the motion 
- President Letterie clarifies what the money is for. 
5:33- Motion is given a positive recommendation 
5:34-Councilor Fucillo introduces the motion for Veteran Memorial transfer. 
- Motion by councilor belcher, second by Honan 
- Motion is given a positive rec 
5:36- Councilor Fucillo introduces motion regarding Sewer enterprise fund budget amendment 
- Town Manager gives more context and best practices for the budget. 
- Councilor Belcher gives motion for positive rec, Honan Second. 
5:38- Finance Committee approves with a positive recommendation 
5:41- Town Manager Marino gives preview of motions that are coming down the pipeline. 
5:43- Meeting is adjourned
