PUBLIC COMMENT
Jack Dowd P1-Trying to get ahead of an issue about biking in Winthrop. Discusses the bike lane on
Veterans Rd. which was decided not a good idea. Has not heard much discussion about the sharrows and
his thoughts were no sharrows would be done. The town has received a grant (Tips Project) of which this
grant mandates the sharrows. He believes just because money is provided for a
project does not make it right.
Peter Gill P5-Discusses the ORC Recommendations on the Town Council President/Town Council Term.
