PUBLIC COMMENT - None

NEW BUSINESS

General discussion about Abatements that have been received, ensuring that the February 1* date is enforced.
There was discussion to move the meetings back to Tuesday nights as it was more convenient for the Board of
Assessors. Update on the ongoing Building Permit issue and how it is being corrected going forward.

THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect
on the process,
