PUBLIC COMMENT - None

NEW BUSINESS
General discussion about Excise Bills and due dates. All in agreement that stamp can be used for signatures with
signatures on file. Discussion about the Abatement process and when letters will go out.

THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L, Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect
on the process.
