Motion by Peter Gill to accept the Minutes of the January 7, 2023, meeting as circulated by the Assistant Assessor.

NEW BUSINESS

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented. The Board
reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real
estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any
boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented. The Assessor discussed the Excise Bill, the upcoming Boat
Commitment and review of Statistical Analysis during an interim year.

THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have detrimental effect
on the process,
