Assistant Assessor Kathy Hickey called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

Motion by Diane Macken to accept the Minutes of the April 11, 2023, BOA Meeting.

No Public Comment

NEW BUSINESS

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented. The Board
reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real
estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any
boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect
on the process.

Motion by Peter Gill to enter Executive Session and return to open session for adjournment only.
2nd by Diane Macken.
