Minutes of meeting held
Tuesday, May 23rd 2023 at 7pm
In the Clock Tower Gallery at E.B. Newton School

Present: Mary Crisafi, Alyssa True, Karen Blake, Linda Rainville, Joanne Hillman, Guy Hillman,
Nellie Kurz
Absent: Larry Huntoon, Goldie Boncore

Discussions:

Clock Tower Restoration Celebration

-Art Association, Nick’s, Highland Realty going to contribute cheese and cracker platters
-Follow up with Lantern Realty and Bespoke Events

-Linda is going to get tablecloths, cups and other paper goods at the dollar store

-Follow up with Betsy at the Chamber of Commerce about the poster

-Final people to reach out to to speak are Richard Ferrino/Judy and Town Manager Tony Marino
and Bob DeLeo

-Ari Mendes wants to play inside? Maybe we could use the outdoor patio right in front of the
building.

-We can all bring x mas lights if we need to

-Speakers will speak outside

-Borrow chairs from Winthrop School of Performing Arts (Check with Greg at the Library)

-Get little water bottles

-For advertising - Ace Hardware Store sign, social media, Light board at the entrances to town,
Winthrop Transcript, Julia Wallerce Listserve.

Motion to approve minutes from previous meeting as distributed. Motion approved.
