Name of Public Body: Joint Public Safety & Rules & Ordinances Committee Mtg.

Attending: Barbara Flockhart, Chair and Tracey Honan 
In Audience: Hannah Belcher and Michael DiLuiso 
We met in joint committee to discuss the traffic problem on Locust Street with cars having to back into
Revere Street when the street width does not allow the car entering from Revere Street to pass a car
coming from the opposite direction. Although the meeting had been discussed by email in advance and
the time and date had been confirmed, no other committee members arrived and we did not have a
quorum. Councilor Honan and the Chair discussed the issue with TSAC head, Mike DiLuiso, and reviewed
the history of dealing with the issue but were unable to vote on a motion. The Council may choose to
move forward on the TSAC recommendation without receiving a recommendation from the Joint
Committee. 
The meeting adjourned at 6:23 PM
