Vote to approve the Retirement Board minutes for the meeting held on June 27, 2023.

Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for June 2023 in the amount of $491,672.15.

Vote regarding transfer of funds, if needed, effective August 1, 2023, from PRIM to Eastern Bank to cover payroll and accounts
payable for August 2023.

Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for July 2023.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Ajlida Koci, effective July 19, 2023, at 9% + 2%, $46,837.59, full time. Ajlida is employed by
the library.

Vote to approve Diane Adelstein’s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option B, effective August 31, 2023. Diane was
employed by Winthrop Schools as a cafeteria employee with 20.9167 years of creditable service.

Vote to approve James Feeley’s request to buyback his reserve employment with Winthrop Police prior to entering the Winthrop
Retirement System as a full-time police officer on October 31, 2010. Once payment is received in full, he shall be awarded 3
years and 10 months of creditable service for the period January 1, 2003, through November 26, 2006. Payment options are
available and interest will accrue on the unpaid balance.

Option B retiree, Diane Montgomery passed away on July 18, 2023.

Deborah Madden has requested her retirement date change to August 1, 2023.

COLA increases effective July 1, 2023, are reflected in this month’s retirement allowances

PERAC Memo #16/2023 3" Quarter Board Member Training was emailed to the Board on July 11, 2023
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 29, 2023, at 4:00PM in the Harvey Room
