Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds, Brian Corbett		
Clerk: Stacie Marley 
Public Present: Chris Poravas, Robert Marini, Robin Lloyd, Jason Osburn, Donald Falzarano, Rock Salvo, Michaela Merchant

7:08 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
We took items out of order while waiting for committee members. 
NEW BUSINESS:
    • Public Hearing DEP# 082-0519 – Certificate of Compliance 1091 Shirley Street Applicant: Jack Dempsey REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance
Work has been completed.  Set up site walk.   	
Motion made by Stephen Machcinski, 2nd by Al Reynolds to continue the hearing.   Roll call vote: YES Stephen Machcinski – YES Al Reynolds – YES Chuck Kubik – YES Brian Corbett and YES Kim Dimes. Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing. 

    • Public Hearing NOI MA DEP #082-0546 332 Revere Street Applicant: Jason Osburn REP: Robert Marini,  NativeTEC
Addition to back of house with a new deck.  Borders Rumney Marsh, part of the lot in resource area. Delineate ACEC area with flags and measurements before site walk. 

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski, 2nd by Al Reynolds to continue the hearing.   Roll call vote: YES Stephen Machcinski – YES Al Reynolds – YES Chuck Kubik – YES Brian Corbett and YES Kim Dimes. Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing. 


    • Public Hearing NOI MA DEP #082-0547 24 South Main Street Applicant: Donald Falzarano REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance  
2 story addition to rear of house.  Located in flood plain.  Plans have roof infiltration system with a flow through foundation.  Set up site walk.    

Motion made by Chuck Kubik, 2nd by Stephen Machcinski to continue the hearing.  Roll call vote; YES; Chuck Kubik – YES Stephen Machcinski – YES Brian Corbett – YES Al Reynolds and YES – Kim Dimes. 
Commission voted unanimously to continue hearing.
