BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES


November 14, 2023


Assistant Assessor Kathy Hickey called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

Motion by Peter Gill to accept the Minutes of the August 22, BOA Meeting.
2nd by Allen Maruzzi

PUBLIC COMMENT – No Public Comment


NEW BUSINESS


The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.

The Board welcomed Brian Perrin as our newest member.  Discussed year end process and new expected process and interviews for hiring a new clerk.  Classification hearing date schedule for December 5, 2023.
