Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for October 2023 in the amount of $3,280,745.67.
Vote to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for October 2023.

Vote to approve the transfer of Julie Hurtado’s total accumulated deductions effective November 30, 2023, to the
MTRS. Dates of service: 10/26/2020-6/30/2022. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.8333 years.

Vote to approve the transfer of Jennifer Reeve’s total accumulated deductions effective November 30, 2023, to the
Revere Retirement System. Dates of service: 11/18/14-4/1/2020. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 4.5833 years.

Vote to approve the refund of Michelle Mulone’s total accumulated deductions effective November 30, 2023. Michelle was
employed by the School Department. Dates of service 9/1/2005-1 1/9/2005.

Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for November 2023.
