Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Al Reynolds, Brian Corbett, Tim Wilson	
Clerk: Stacie Marley 
Public Present:  Juliette Bettano, Ralph and Trisha Bosco, Diane Canavan, Matt Johanssen, Eric Kaptun, Lian Davis and Alan D. Pepin   

7:00 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.
NEW BUSINESS:

    • NOI DEP#082-0548 23R Washington Avenue Applicant: Richard Zygala REP: Elizabeth Wallis, Hayes Engineering 
No one was in attendance for this application.  Motion was made to continue till next meeting.

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Tracy Machcinski to continue the hearing.  
Commission voted unanimously to continue the hearing.   

    • RDA 26-30 Main Street, Applicant: Fazio Enterprises Inc.  
Concrete oil containment pad with a 15 x 20-foot trench for a National Grid transformer.    

Motion made by Brian Corbett - 2nd by Al Reynolds to rule on the applicability of the RDA.  Roll Call vote: Tracy Machcinski – not applicable – Brian Corbett -- applicable – Stephen Machcinski – applicable –Al Reynolds – applicable.   They will need to file an Abbreviated NOI.  

    • RCOC DEP FILE #082-0538 41 Court Road Applicant: Lourenco Carminati  
Set up site walk.  

7:55 pm Meeting Adjourned motion made by Tracy Machcinski, 2nd by Al Reynolds.  Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
