Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Sections 18-25 that a Regular
Meeting of the Winthrop Housing Authority will be held:

It is anticipated Board may enter into EXECUTIVE SESSION by majority vote Pursuant to
MGL. c.30A, §21 (3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public

body and the chair so declares; Executive Session shall adjourn into Public Session for the
purpose of ending the Public Meeting.

The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all
items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may be brought up for discussion to the extent
permitted by law.
