Roll Call

Vote to approve the Retirement Board minutes for the meeting held on November 28, 2023.

Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for November 2023 in the amount of $2,981,778.40.
Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for December 2023.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Angelo Robertson effective November 29, 2023, at 9% + 2%, $25,238.08 (pro-rated) full time.
Angelo is a Jr. IT Technician with Winthrop Schools.

Vote to approve the refund of Maria Faranda’s total accumulated deductions effective December 29, 2023. Maria was employed
by the School Department. Dates of service 9/26/2023-11/21/2023.

New Business

Vote to approve James Freeman’s request to buyback two years of military time.
