Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Steve Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Al Reynolds, Tim Wilson, Al Reynolds, Brian Corbett

7:01 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:

    • Continued Public Hearing for NOI DEP#082-0549 76 Orlando Avenue Applicant: Cottage Park Yacht Club  REP: Lian Davis 
The commission voted to issue an Order of Conditions.  

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski - 2nd by Al Reynolds to close the hearing and issue the Order of Conditions.

    • Continued Public Hearing for NOI DEP#082-0553 108 Tafts Avenue Applicant: David Clougherty REP: Peter Martino/Marissa Seifert 
Applicant requested to continue the hearing to March 6, 2024.

          
    • Continued Public Hearing for NOI DEP#082-0552 56 Fairview Street Applicant: Joseph Schettino REP: Eric Bradanese, Engineering Alliance 
Ratify Emergency Order.     

8:01 pm Meeting Adjourned motion made by Al Reynolds, 2nd by Stephen Machcinski.  Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
