NOTICE OF ANNUAL PLAN and BOARD MEETING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Sections 18-25 that a Regular
Meeting of the Winthrop Housing Authority will be held:

9 Golden Drive, Winthrop, MA

Time: Monday March 25,2024 6:00 PM (EST) ad

Residents, citizens of Winthrop and the public are welcome to attend and participate in WHA Annual
Meeting. It shall be held WHA Community Building, at 9 Golden Drive. The draft Annual Plan will be
available for inspection at the WHA Office during normal business, as well as on-line. WHA will receive
public comments on the Plan orally, in writing and by email no later than the close of the public hearing.
