The meeting was a joint meeting with the Town Council regarding the 3A Zoning process and the consultant RKG
were there. 
1. 3A- MBTA Zoning 
 Other meetings will be held together and separate for 3A. 
 The Planning Board is not responsible for voting for or against the project, but rather to advise where
and how to zone; not whether or not to zone.
