3. Discuss traffic flow coming into and out of Winthrop Center and consider possible solutions to
safely expedite the flow of traffic out of the center 
4. Discuss the potential to allow neighborhoods to temporarily close off portions of a street to allow
for recreational use of the roadway. 
Old Business 
1. Discuss the intersection of Lowell Rd and Circuit Rd for potential issues with stop signs, speed
mitigation, and pedestrian crossing improvements 
2. Discuss potential area of discussion for Project Crosswalk Phase 2 
3. General committee discussion of parking, traffic. transportation, and committee issues for
possible inclusion on future agendas or other action as the committee sees fit
