Minutes for the BOH meetings on May 28, 2024 and June 20, 2024 were unanimously approved 3-0

Director of Public Health and Clinical Services Update – no update
Commissioner of Inspectional Services Report– no update
Letter Grading of Food Establishments
The BOH voted unanimously (3-0) to approve the Regulations of the Winthrop Board of Health on Letter
Grading of Food Establishments and Food Trucks. These regulations will take effect -1/01/2025.
Grease Trap Regulations
The BOH voted unanimously (3-0) to approve the Winthrop Board of Health Regulations Concerning
Grease Trap Regulations for Food Establishments. These regulations will take effect 09/01/2024.
