Vote to enter into exec session “To discuss strategy with respect to collecve bargaining or ligaon if an
open meeng may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or ligang posion of the public body
and the chair so declares.” Unanimous.
Execuve Session
Discussion regarding methods and opportunies in agreement with MWRA 
 Rehash of exisng payments falling behind Consumer price indexed inflaon and loss of
purchasing power to the town. 
 Discussion on aempng to include “catch-up” payment from MWRA migaon agreement to
make up for past lost purchasing power 
 Discussion on possible payment adjustments to next MWRA agreement, possible minimum
annual increase instead of a cap, higher cap, possible capital funding aid from MWRA
Members to contact Frmr Chief Paul Flanagan to provide insight into the process of the MWRA board
meengs and handling of migaon agreements, who was unavailable for this session.
