Minutes of Meeting held
Tuesday, July 23th 2024 at 7:00
In Clocktower Gallery

Present: Joanne Hillman, Nellie Kurz, Mary Crisafi
Absent: Larry Huntoon, Alyssa True, Karen Blake

August 17th (Saturday) from 10-12 Art in the Park is when we will have our reception
Muffin and cookies and coffee for refreshments

Joanne will make a flier

Nellie will do the brochure

Music on the Landing -September 8th - 1pm - 4 pm Deane Winthrop House Barn as rain back
up and Pizza Center will be there for food
Mary will file the license for Beer and Wine - spoke with Marilyn Popoluh

Motion to approve Minutes from June approved as amended
