Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 7pm 
Members present:  Kim Dimes, Stephen Machcinski, Tracy Machcinski, Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds, Jarid Siegel, Tim Wilson

Public Present:  Jennifer and Royce Hovermale, Eric Bradanese   

7:04 PM With a quorum present Stephen Machcinski called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:
    
    • Continued Public Hearing Notice of Intent DEP# 082-0557 60 Grand View Avenue 
Applicant: Kathleen Kennedy REP: Arick Dyrdal, Design Build Boston Construction LLC
	Resource Areas: LSCSF Zone VE 


    •       Notice of Intent DEP# 082- 0563 916 Shirley Street
Applicant: Michael Ferrara, Goal Line Realty LLC REP:  Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance
Applicant has addressed all of DEP’s comments and have made changes to the plans.  There will be a significant improvement made by removing all the concrete and making is pervious pavers.  The shed will be on sono tubes and stairs will be on pilings.  

Motion made by Chuck Kubik - 2nd by Al Reynolds to close hearing and issue Order of Conditions.  Unanimous vote. 

NEW BUSINESS:

    •    Request for Certificate of Compliance DEP File #082-0545 29 Winthrop Shore Dr.
 For the order of conditions issued to Jacob and Jenny Golic 
 Site Walk conducted on 10/22/2024 with Stephen Machcinski and Stacie Marley.  

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Chuck Kubik to close hearing and issue Certificate of Compliance.  Unanimous vote
  
    • Request for Certificate of Compliance DEP File #082-0366 819 Shirley Street
For the order of conditions issued to Stephen J. Celona Jr. 
               Site Walk conducted on 10/22/2024 with Stephen Machcinski, Stacie Marley and Jarid Siegel.  

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Tracy Machcinski to close hearing and issue Certificate of Compliance.  Unanimous vote

  
    • Request for Certificate of Compliance DEP File #082-0451 819 Shirley Street
               For the order of conditions issued to Stephen J. Celona Jr. 
               Site Walk conducted on 10/22/2024 with Stephen Machcinski, Stacie Marley and Jarid Siegel.    
  
Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Tracy Machcinski to close hearing and issue Certificate of Compliance.  Unanimous vote


Meeting minutes were approved for June 2024 through October 2, 2024. 

Climate change meeting is November 9, 2024.

7:49 pm Meeting Adjourned motion made Tracy Machinski, 2nd by Steve Machcinski.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
