• Town Council vote to transfer $400 from the Town Council Reserve line to the
Library Materials Line 
• That the order of the Town Council passed on June 21, 2022 authorizing a
borrowing in the amount of $1,633,750 for the PRV station project is hereby
amended to increase the authorized borrowing amount for the project to $2,194,250
