Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for October 31, 2024, in the
amount of $544,929.85.

Vote to approve the transfer of Timothy Gordon’s total accumulated deductions effective October 31, 2024, to the
Norfolk County Retirement System. Dates of service: 01/02/2013-11/03/2015. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 2.8333 years.
